Chocolatier Joanne Weeks assembles gift boxes on Feb. 6, 2024, at Peterbrooke Chocolatier in Jacksonville, Florida. Peterbrooke estimates that it will produce more than 100,000 chocolate-covered strawberries, across 27 stores, just in time for Valentine's Day.
